This role is required to deliver a cohesive range of relocation and related relocation services to both individuals and corporate organisations that meet the agreed requirements, maximising profits and minimising costs to HCR and achieving customer satisfaction of 98% good or excellent.
Client Relationship Manager
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for the management, performance and retention of large Tier 1 and Tier 2 Client contracts, establishing and building relationships, identifying new opportunities therefore generating additional business for HCR. They will also have a critical role in assessing key competitors, recommending strategies to the Directors. This is an office based role which may involve significant travel and, working alongside the Operations & Business Development teams, is pivotal to maintaining a satisfied and profitable customer base, and maintaining and generating revenues, maximising the lifetime value of our clients.
Business Development Executive
We are looking for a salesperson who will be responsible for selling the UK Accommodation service solutions including rental and service accommodation. As an experienced Business Development Executive, the successful candidate will have high ambition & drive to set and achieve personal goals to open new business and close sales. They will need to be able to manage their own time efficiently and have a high level of initiative and ownership whilst being held accountable to Sales Management and to the company Sales Methodology. An opportunity for a self-starter to grow a unique service line in an established company.
