For a tenancy which is in the client or employee’s name, HCR can provide a Tenancy Management Service, which offers similar ongoing support and advice provided with a HCR Tenancy Agreement; communications will be made via the Landlord or Letting Agent rather than directly between HCR and the employee.
All bills associated with the property will be paid by HCR and charged back to you via a monthly consolidated invoice.
Our dedicated Maintenance Team will be contactable by telephone and email to ensure that any property faults are dealt with in a timely manner, and that any disputes between parties (i.e. the employee and the Landlord) are resolved. We also provide an Out-of-Office Emergency Helpline to your employee; plus access to HCR Fix, our online property maintenance reporting system.
