HCR Tenancy Agreement

HCR has over 7,500 properties rented in our name using an industry-recognised Tenancy Agreement which is widely accepted by Letting Agents; we can also negotiate, and sometimes eliminate, credit-check or administrations fees. In addition, the majority of our Landlords/Letting Agents do not ask for a deposit.

HCR, on behalf of the tenant, can legally handle all negotiations with the Landlord/Letting Agent regarding repairs, maintenance issues and damage claims at the end of the tenancy.  We source and arrange the most cost effective utility connections for the property, paying all bills on your behalf, which is recharged via one monthly consolidated invoice to include rent and council tax.

We will provide your employee with ongoing support with all property-related issues such as maintenance, plus an Out-of-Office Emergency Helpline. In addition, your employee will be granted access to HCR Fix, our online property maintenance reporting system, which enables tenants to report property issues - at any time of day or night - with the option to upload photos. Where the situation is an emergency, the tenant will be provided with details of the appropriate external contact; for non-urgent issues, they will receive a response from our Maintenance Team during office hours.
