We can select areas by street, by postcode, by local authority; capture an area by a fixed mile or kilometre radius, or carefully select an area by drawing around points of interest.

The range of datasets is over 100, from sources such as HM Land Registry, Office for National Statistics, HM Revenue & Customs, Companies House, Census, Valuation Office Agency, Royal Mail and many others. The data provide allows us invaluable information into the UK. For example;
Markets
- Sales: We can provide price paid, asking £/sq.ft, Sold £/sq.ft, Price Asked, Discount, Days on Market, New Listings, Total Listings, Property Size
- Rents: Achieved Rent, Achieved Rent £/sq.ft, Asking Rent, Asking Rent £/sq.ft, Days on Market, New Listings, Total Listings, Property Size
- Comparables: HCR can use data science to find every sales transaction from the Land Registry in England & Wales and every rental or sales listing. We can obtain floor plans, photos, days on market, etc.
We can filter by bedroom numbers, build type (new or secondary), by some features like a swimming pool, car parking space or outside space.

This is a powerful part of the platform. We can determine who owns a plot of land and leaseholds, and then overlay the planning feature to find out associated planning applications.
We can provide details on planning applications and filter by a wide range of criteria, even down to the Architect.
Custom Reports / Consultancy for our Clients
HCR can generate Custom Reports from this data to meet our clients requirements. Some clients need a ‘Like-for-Like’ report when they relocate employees from one part of the country to another. Using the datasets available, we can determine the composition of the neighbourhood of the current home and its value, find the nearest equivalent neighbourhood within a radius of the new place of work and calculate the value of that property in the new location. This allows them to work out if financial support is needed.
Other clients ask us to prepare regular rent reports so they can update Housing Allowances in Policies. Some clients may need reports generated on a new area where they could be establishing a new base of operations or because they are sending in project engineers who will stay in the new area. Whatever the requirement, HCR has access to the datasets and can generate custom reports.
