Adrian Leach MA GMS

Adrian joined HCR Group in February 2007 after a varied and interesting career in banking, freight forwarding and transport, precision engineering and business consultancy. Educated at Lancing College, he went on to achieve a Masters Degree in Marketing, with Distinction in 2004, from the University of Portsmouth. A lifelong learner, he is a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) accredited by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and holds his MIM qualification with EuRA.

Adrian was the Business Development & Marketing Director from October 2009 and acquired the majority shareholding in June 2016.

His ambition is to build an organisation which is a unique blend of traditional, hands-on customer service and the most efficient case and expense management systems available, within a single eco-system combining travel and expense management with global relocation and accommodation management services. To achieve this ambition, Adrian believes in empowering and enabling his team to realise their individual potential; continuous investment in technology with automation; and strong, sustainable global partnerships and alliances.

For those odd moments of relaxation, Adrian plays golf, reads prodigiously and loves exploring the countryside.

Natalia Jesus-Oakes

Director

Natalia joined HCR in 2006 as the deputy finance manager and 16 years later is a significant shareholder and the Director responsible for HCR relocation operations and HCR Group finance. A CIMA Management level graduate, Natalia’s passion for perfection, detailed management and specialist relocation and finance knowledge provides outstanding support to our teams and our clients alike.

Natalia’s strategic aim is to build that perfect blend of technology and human interaction to reduce stress and improve efficiency.

She left her home island of Madeira 26 years ago to work in the UK, so she has a real understanding of the challenges faced by our assignees. She is married with an adult son, and if she ever takes a break from work she can be found enjoying a cruise.
