Relocation is a complex, multi-contact business which is greatly enhanced by up-to-the minute software solutions. We need our technology to be as dynamic and responsive as we are and as diverse as you – our clients – are. We also demand the highest levels of security and innovative, agile future-proofing.


For our core operating system, we have chosen AssignmentPro from the specialist software house Equus Technology. AssignmentPro is an ARM – Assignee Relationship Management tool – which assists mobility staff with the organisation of the many documents and communications involved in expatriate management.

AssignmentPro benefits all stakeholders in the relocation process:

  • Your Global Mobility/HR team can track and interrogate each and very assignment on their personalised dashboard and generate easy-to-use reports for immediate access to their data.
  • Your assignees get a mobile-friendly portal which provides key information about their relocation activities, contacts and information, with up-to-date data on progress through the entire process.
  • Our supplier network is enhanced by the Equus ‘Eco-system’ which links our global supply chain to a central database, enhancing communications across time-zones, capturing key activities, making real-time data available to all the users, and ensuring consistent service standards.
  • Our Relocation Consultant gets more quality time to engage with your assignees and their families, because AssignmentPro eliminates routine administration, creates timed tasks, captures KPIs and links the supply chain… all of which save time.


is our online, real-time, expense management system, providing a single hub for financial reporting and expense reimbursement.

The expense management tool captures all costs associated with your relocations and provides you with extensive reporting capabilities, as well as the capture of personal relocation expenses. Your users make claims against an approved matrix of authorised expenses – which can be tailored to each individual – submitting their expenses online or via their phone, even sending photographs of receipts.

With FocalPoint, we can build you a totally bespoke claim approval protocol to meet your specific requirements.


If you use our Tenancy Management Service or HCR Tenancy Agreement, you will have access to HCR Fix, our online property maintenance reporting system.

HCR Fix enables tenants to report property issues at any time of day or night, with the option to upload photos. Tenants are given contact details for emergency situations; and for non-urgent issues, they receive a response from our Maintenance Team during office hours. The HCR Fix website also offers general maintenance tips and advice.
