Maintaining the rental properties your employees use makes good financial sense… a well maintained property is far less likely to be subject to dilapidation charges and disputes at the end of a tenancy than one which is not.  We provide 1000’s of hours of these vital ancillary services every year.


We use a comprehensive network of approved fixed cost contractors to provide cleaning and door-to-door linen and laundry services throughout the UK.

Regular cleaning

Dependent on the property, timescale or allowance budget, cleaning is per week or fortnight; priced at a competitive hourly rate.  We offer a choice of services, covering a huge range of activities from vacuuming, dusting and cleaning; through window, conservatory and patio cleaning; to specialist upholstery, carpet and oven cleaning.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

End of tenancy cleaning really helps reduce dilapidation claims to an absolute minimum.  Our teams are very experienced and work to a standard specification and task list.  Should specialist services such as stain removal, fabric, carpet or oven cleaning be required, they will let us know, so we can provide you with details and quotes.

We have fixed prices subject to the property size and whether it is furnished or unfurnished.

Linen and Laundry Services

Our laundry services include removing bed linen, hoovering the mattress, replacing with fresh linen and laundering the removed linen.  We also remove and replace bath towels, hand towels and tea-towels.  All clean items are folded and ironed.

We offer fixed-price linen and laundry services, subject to number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the property and can arrange for linen and towelling packs at excellent prices for good quality products.


A well-maintained garden can make a significant difference to your employees’ happiness in a property; to the extent of any dilapidations or deposit retentions at the end of a tenancy; and to the chance of a sale should your employee have a property which is left vacant.

We source professional gardeners to maintain your employees’ properties; this can be for the duration of their stay, whilst an existing property is up for sale or for remedial work at the end of a tenancy.


On element of our premium service for senior employees and VIPs is the provision of domestic staff for the private home.

Domestic staff can be any combination of housekeeper, cleaner, gardener, nanny, cook and personal assistant; providing a variety of services from managing day-to-day domestic duties through to overseeing the family diary and providing child care.  We source people with the best possible fit in terms of skills and experience and make sure each candidate is thoroughly vetted and can provide full references.  Your employees can trial the candidates, to ensure they select someone they and their families feel comfortable with.
