Utilities Connection & Furniture Rental
Whether your employee is moving into a property which is rented in their name or in ours, we can help them with the ‘essentials’… they will need utilities to rely on and furniture to sit on!
Our dedicated Utility Team contacts all relevant suppliers to set-up your employees’ accounts and arrange payment schedules. The utilities connection service can be combined with our accompanied check-in, if required; it covers items such as council tax, water, electricity and gas; and the account holder can be either you or the employee.
In addition, subject to your employees’ allowance and requirements, we can identify potential providers for internet, telephone and mobile phone contracts.
Working with specialist providers, we can furnish your employees’ properties with rental furniture – including white goods, televisions and other appliances – for the duration of their tenancies.
We can do this for their new rented property and their current / previous property too, which resolves issues such as:
- Short-term assignments, where removal of full household contents will not be cost effective
- Timescales of more than a month between the start of the assignment and the arrival of household goods into the host country
- Allowing the employee’s previous property to remain furnished whilst it is on the market – this tends to attract more potential buyers
We offer you the choice of basic or mid-range furniture, in standardised or bespoke packages, ensuring your employees and their families can move into a fully-equipped home as soon as required.
