Moving house is acknowledged to be one of the most stressful things we, as humans, do.  If that involves moving country and culture too, the pressure is immense.

There are many factors to take into consideration when moving household goods, including extremely complicated, clause-heavy, quotations.

Our team can unravel all that, and more; managing the entire process from quotation, packing and collecting, through storage (if required), to delivering and unpacking at the new address.  Due to our buying power, we are able to provide competitive prices.

With an inbound relocation, some items may be prohibited, restricted, or have applicable tax duties; we provide advice on customs regulations in advance and arrange all the necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth and timely passage through HM Revenue & Customs


A pet is part of the family; so if they’re coming too, we appreciate their comfort and wellbeing will be a high priority.

Bringing a pet into the UK is not a simple process, although the EU Pet Passport scheme has alleviated it for European travellers.  Our quarantine regulations are very strict and rigorously applied.  Your employees who wish to bring their pets here could be faced with a mountain of red tape, forms, procedures, tests, vaccinations and the like… it’s a daunting and time-consuming task.

But we can co-ordinate and manage everything for them… taking all that stress away.

Working with our specialist pet relocation provider, we coordinate and manage the entire pet relocation, including ordering a Pet Passport, booking flights, providing advice about preparing a pet for travel overseas, transportation to and from the airports and ensuring the safe arrival of the pet in their new home.


We always recommend research into the cost and logistics of importing a car into the UK before deciding whether this is the most viable option.  If your employees are bringing a car, then we can coordinate and manage the entire car transportation process, help them obtain all relevant documentation, and make sure all customs and DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency) regulations are met.


Your employees may need to put some / all of their household goods into storage at some point during the relocation process, for instance if they have an initial stay in temporary accommodation or their moving-out and moving-in dates don’t coincide for whatever reason.
