Our support programmes are designed to help partners find suitable work, continuing their career patch if appropriate, and integrate within their new community.
We offer a range of support options, as follows:
Search Launch Programme – 6 hours’ workshop access; 2 hours of one-to-one counselling; online career transition resources and apps. Choice of three support periods: 1, 2 or 3 months.
3-Month Manager Programme – unlimited consultant meetings; consultant on call; psychometric assessments; access to all workshops, webinars and seminars; use of office facilities; online career transition resources and apps; financial advice; access to Job Search Work Team; lifetime access to alumni career transition resources.
Professional Programme – Unlimited consultant meetings; consultant on call; psychometric assessments; access to all workshops, webinars and seminars; use of office facilities; online career transition resources and apps; financial advice; lifetime access to alumni career transition resources. Choice of three support periods: 1, 2 or 3 months.
