Home Property Management is provided to ensure your employee’s property is maintained and cared-for when left vacant.

This can be whilst it’s up for sale – to make it attractive to prospective buyers – and for security reasons too. Security is an important factor, especially when a house lies empty and un-tenanted for a long period whilst your employees are on assignment.

Subject to requirements, this service can include:

  • Vacant property insurance… providing full coverage for buildings unoccupied for more than 28 days (this is not covered by normal household insurance policies).
  • Drain down… drainage of a property’s water system to prevent burst pipes and flooding.
  • Garden visits & property maintenance… regular gardening service to maintain the property’s ‘kerb appeal’; arrangement of property maintenance and repairs.
  • Mail ‘tidy’… to remove junk mail and free newspapers and forward any genuine mail to HCR for onward delivery to the appropriate employee.

This service is all about providing peace-of-mind for your employees and their families, enabling them to concentrate on their assignment rather than worrying about their property back home.
